I saw that in Atlantic Beach/Beaufort in 2007..it was pretty cool to take in with all the ships and stuff. It was a British replica that was obviously using engine power when the operator lost control. Too much of the hard stuff eh. On a side note; they have the Tall ships parade run through Florida now and then. When they do, they advertise like crazy. It is a sight to behold though.
