Good list, but what about DeMarcus Ware? Was he before that 10 year mark?

I think Dowling will be WKU's highest draft pick....Not sure anyone else from WKU gets drafted..

Sorry man, I wasn't trying to knock you... I was just curious.

I also thought you missed Spergon Wynn, but it was the last decade, not forever (for us, it's a short list, so we go on the forever).

A fair number of guys from the FAU/FIU/MT/UNT drafted over the last ten years as well, all of whom would have played in the Sun Belt.

Thanks for the feedback guys and thanks Tucson for posting over here. Sorry about leaving out the beast that is Demarcus Ware, I was using this link which cuts off at 2008 for Troy for some reason.

Andrew Jackson

He might but he was hurt during NFL combine and not sure how much he got to showcase his skills.....Andrews poor showing in the 40 at NFL combine really hurt his stock, still hope he gets drafted....

I know we are not in Belt yet (July 1) but we probably have 2 drafted this year: J. McKinnon (running back) projected somewhere between 3rd and 5th round and L. Westbrooks (Defensive back) projected somewhere in 6th-7th round.

RE: NFL Draft - Sun Belt As per PantherTalk.com - NCeagle - 05-06-2014 10:43 AM

eh, I think Westbrooks goes UDFA unfortunately.....
