Wow, you'd think that USA wouldn't have been the last Sun Belt school to be televised on ESPN. But Friday night works much better for us than Tuesday or Wednesday

GS on TV twice at home plus Navy should be nationally televised and maybe NC St and GA Tech too. Eagle fans I don't think were in FCS anymore!!! Hail Southern!!! Go Sun Belt!!!

Got a feeling Georgia Southern is going to throw everything but the kitchen
sink at Appalachian State. They don't want the announcers on a nationally
televised game saying, "And App State takes their fourth straight football
victory over the Georgia Southern Eagles!"

so pumped about these thursday night game. I am going to app for sure.... I would like to go to troy, but I am taking off Friday and Monday two weeks later for Navy. Might just have to take off Friday instead, but I hate driving long distances with a hangover.

You might want to go to the Troy game instead of the App State game. Wouldn't want you driving a long distanced PO'd with a hangover.
App has never lost on the U. 6-0. Has won the last three against Georgia Southern. Would not want you having any wrecks.

I was planning on making the trip even knowing it was probably going to be moved to a Thutrsday night game. But now that the Troy South game has been moved to Friday night the week before I'm not sure I will be able to take off of work that much...

Just a short year ago some Georgia Southern fans wanted to stay FCS. How many nationally televised games a year did they get at the FCS level?
