Not sure what the value is in that statistic. Very mis-leading for USA during the start up period for football.

The Jax State vs Troy State numers did catch my eye.

Those two have been treated like red headed step children by the state for years. The UAT and Auburn crowd have been fearful of them growing and pulling supporters. Neither have a loyal local political force with enough power to gain them their just funds.
