I am against ANY and ALL subsidization. I will however be willing to voluntarily donate to a fund to help those in need....I presume you meant Breast not Chest....otherwise...count me out.

I'm sorry but this is the kind of BS that gets conservatives in trouble. If you're a fiscal conservative, you're against any of this sort of stuff. Period.
